Frank Reilly, MIBA

PRESIDENT

As Founder and President, Frank develops new services and oversees all aspects for the firm, including day-to-day operations, strategic alliances, and joint ventures.

Frank’s immersion in international business has served as the foundation for the firm’s global approach. Frank has conducted business, researched potential foreign offices, and negotiated contracts in Switzerland, England, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and the Czech Republic, meeting with local financial regulators, lawyers, and potential partners. Frank also spent 18 months working in the Middle East. He has attended investment and economic symposiums internationally and has traveled for business to Europe, Africa, the Middle East, India, and the Far East, including 16 around-the-world and 20 intercontinental trips.

Prior to founding GCM, Frank had multiple roles at a large San Diego-based investment advisory firm. There, he researched and negotiated several international alliance contracts with multiple countries and was an integral member of the team that began an international institutional money management firm that still exists today.

Frank holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in international business from United States International University.

Gabrielle Reilly, CFP®, MSBA

DIRECTOR OF ADVISING & CLIENT SERVICE

As Director of Advising & Client Service, Gabrielle works closely with clients to help them achieve business success through effective tax, accounting, international planning strategies. Gabrielle strives to ensure all clients receive superior client service that adapts as their lifestyles, locations, and businesses change.

Gabrielle is the third generation Reilly to work with international clientele, following in her father’s footsteps. In addition to living abroad in both Lugano, Switzerland and Prague, Czech Republic, Gabrielle has traveled internationally to 50 countries, studying topics ranging from economics and finance to sustainability and service leadership. A large portion of Gabrielle’s international experience stems from living as an expat and her unique experiences abroad have allowed her to develop a truly global network. Gabrielle has been a presenter at the Eurasia Business and Economics Society in Istanbul.

Gabrielle holds a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in financial and tax planning from San Diego State University and earned her undergraduate degree in international banking and finance from Franklin University Switzerland. She has earned the FINRA Series 65 license and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

Christian Reilly

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING

As Director of Business Development & Marketing, Christian supports all areas of the Corporate Retirement Services division. His duties include investment research, coordinating due diligence meetings with Portfolio Managers, and maintaining critical client databases.

Christian received his bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he graduated with a double major in marketing and global business. He is actively pursuing his MBA in marketing from San Diego State University and currently holds his FINRA Series 65 license.

In his free time, Christian enjoys watching baseball and football, golfing, traveling, and listening to music.

McKenzie Reilly

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS & SPECIAL PROJECTS

As VP of Operations, McKenzie works closely with the firm’s team to oversee ongoing operations, policies, and procedures. She also manages all compliance requirements.

McKenzie graduated from Franklin University Switzerland in 2019, obtaining her undergraduate degree in international economics with a minor in political science. She is currently pursuing an MBA from San Diego State University
